#day 17 English, English, English

Hey, there... How are you? I wish you guys have a great life and stay healthy. So, just like the title, we're talking about English right now. I mean, about the language.

In junior high school, I got a bad score in English because I always ran away when the class started with Ema (my best friend). Yea, no kidding. We ran away from class. We usually hid in the toilets and sat on the floor, playing the radio on our cellphone and talked until the class over. Haha, good times because I hated English. That's why I got a really bad score for English on the National Exam ><

Then, I entered high school and got to know Adillah. Then, she becomes my best friend until now. She asked me to go to her house and watch many movies. All those movies are in English.

The first movie that we watched was Bring It On! All or Nothing. The movie was fun. Then, I borrowed it from Adillah to watch it at home. And, typical me, if I love the movie, I'll watch it over and over and over and over again!

Anyway, because I watched the movie and repeated it like a 'million times', it makes me remember all the words and the dialogue, Yea, and then I think, "Wow, English is interesting." and that's why I started to learn more about it. It becomes my favorite lesson. I always feel excited to know more and more about English, even from the simplest thing like Tenses.

I also learned it by talking with foreign online friends to get used to speaking English. Fortunately, I enter UIN University and found a very.... very good English lecturer. Really, she is the best English teacher I've ever had. She teaches me everything, including the reason behind every word/tense/grammar. She makes me more excited about the lesson. I'm not saying I'm EXTREMELY good at English right now. But I understand it. And I want to learn more and more until I become just like my teacher (well, it may well be just a dream) =.=

I still need to improve my grammar and make many mistakes when I make a short sentence, but I'll try to improve it. I'm sure I can because I have fun learning English and love it. I also have to add more vocabulary to my brain. There are so many vocabularies that I have yet to learn, so sometimes I need to open my dictionary if I read an English paragraph. Oh, well, wish me luck.

PS: Sorry if I mess up my grammar. Going to fix it real soon and learn more. Please, do correct me so I can learn.
