OVER and Ai-ing Aishiteru PV

Let's forget about this Ryutaro's issue for a while, pretending like this issue were never happened, at least for one hour until I finish writing this review, shall we?


OVER PV

Refreshing is the best word to describe this PV. They don't wear over-the-top outfits, instead, they wear casual and normal outfits, and each outfit suits perfectly to every members. I definitely love the scenery. They don't use too many CG effects like they always did in their previous PV (UMP, Dreams Come True, Your Seed, Arigatou) and they shot it outside. It looks colorful and those different colors on their outfits don't make you dizzy because the colors are soft. The PV tells a story, and I really like this kind of PV. So, Yamada got dumped by his girlfriend and then he felt sad. He called his friends and told them about it, then his friends cheered him up by saying something like, "don't worry, there is still tomorrow. over." and "cheer up. We're here for you. Over." Well, I actually think that those "over" words are not really necessary, hahaha. Of course, Maybe they want to tell Yamada that his sadness will be over because he has friends, but I still think that those "over, over, over" part was kind of weird. Other than that, I really like the PV. 

My favorite part is when they were dancing in the mirror stage. I love the way their shadow were reflected on that mirror stage. It looks really awesome. And the scene when they were singing in a room, surrounded by slow-motion scenes... That one is cool too. Inoo-chan and Yuya gets more spotlights in this PV than usual. Anyway, the way Yuya says "Tsukaretendayo... Ova" is really sexy. His deep voice sounds naturally sexy without him even trying. Yamada looks really cute this time (or probably that's because I just watched Tantei Gakuen Q and in love so much with Yamada). Keito and Ryutaro don't get too much spotlights, although their parts in this PV is a bit more than in Arigatou. Among the other PVs, this one is probably their best PV so far, but they need to learn how to be fair splitting the spotlight, indeed. I'm talking to you, Johnny-san!

AI-ING AISHITERU PV

I'm not sure if we can call this video as a PV or not. This PV is more like a fanmade video. You can't even compare it to OVER because this PV is really.... not bad, but I think instead of calling it PV, we better call it a bonus video. To tell you the truth, I kinda like this PV. Especially the part where Yabu in it. He looks really cute, and when he sang his solo part "souzou dakejaa oitsukanai..", I literally smiled. He looks sooooo adorable, and his voice is just so soft. I really love his voice ❤ Btw, I understand now why there is no making-of-PV for this one because they took Hey! Say! JUMP's performance from their concert in Yokohama last March (if I'm not mistaken) and combined it with behind the scene of the concert itself. You can see all members of Hey!Say!JUMP equally. There are parts when every members saying "Aishiteru..." one by one, which is one of my favorites. It feels like ten pretty boys are confessing their love to you, hahaha. Okay, I'm just kidding. But seriously, the way they say "Aishiteru" were really sweet. I think that's all I can say about this PV. I like it a lot. Maybe I'm just being bias, whatever.

So, I'm done. I love both PVs, but for some reason, I like Ai-ing a little bit better than OVER. Because of the fairness, maybe. Btw, I love every track in OVER single: OVER, Ai-ing Aishiteru, Born in the Earth, Screw (BEST) and You Got More (Seven). So far, none of their singles had disappointed me, which is why my love for this Japanese boyband keeps growing.

I'm feel like just got a heartattack

When I read about the issue of Ryutaro being caught smoking, I was in the middle of happily watching Tantei Gakuen Q for the second time with my little brother. It was 03.30 am when I decided to take a look at my Twitter timeline, and Kamichan just updated his blog. He is a fanboy of Hey!Say!JUMP and most of HSJ fandom must know about him because of his interesting writing about Hey!Say!JUMP and Johnny's Entertainment. I'm one of his readers, so I decided to read his new post. I knew his post must be related to JUMP. I thought he would give his comment about the making of Over PV like he promised in his previous post. Apparently, it's not about it. It's something that I never thought would ever happen.

So, yeah... while I was reading the new post, I kept holding my breath. I'm still even holding my breath now. Those thrilling scenes in Tantei Gakuen Q that still scared me yesterday, don't give any effects anymore in me. I don't even pay attention to it. I let my brother watching it alone. I'm sad. I'm really sad. And I want to cry. I've not been a fan of JUMP for along time. It was only a few months ago I declared myself as one of JUMP fans. I'm in love with these ten pretty boys and their talents. I'm in love with them as a whole, and now, this issue came out. Right at the same time as the releasing date of JUMP's new single. Great. You know this is why I really.... really hate the entertainment industry. JUMP's popularity is at its highest now and this magazine called Shuukan Josei published the picture of Ryutaro's smoking right on the same date and day of one of the most important dates for Hey!Say!JUMP. I want to scream...!!! 

"Go to the hell and burn yourself there..." to those people who published these pics. 

I really want to do it. Kusano and Uchi were suspended from NEWS due to the same reasons, and now Ryutaro will also be suspended. Ryutaro... why? Why? Life will never be the same again. Hey!Say!JUMP will never be the same again. And now I'm crying because of this. Pathetic. But I want to believe that someday in the future, Ryutaro will be back to Hey!Say!JUMP again, I just don't know yet when that day will come. 

Tantei Gakuin Q (Jdrama)

Tantei Gakuen Q

Salah satu cara mengisi liburan panjang adalah dengan menonton dorama Jepang yang super keren itu. Kemarin gue pun membeli Tantei Gakuen Q dan Kurosagi. Yang gue tonton duluan adalah Tantei Gakuen Q karena ini adalah dramanya Ryosuke Yamada, dan dia adalah personil Hey!Say!JUMP, yang mana seperti sudah selalu gue bilang di postingan-postingan sebelumnya, bahwa Hey!Say!JUMP is currently my favorite Japanese boyband, hehehe. Drama ini diangkat dari manga terkenal, Detective School Q dan bukan drama terbaru memang, sekitar tahun 2006 tayangnya, dan ini adalah ketelatan gue yang lain, tapi ya udahlah ya. Ayo kita masuk ke ceritanya..

Terdapat sebuah sekolah detektif bernama Dan Detective Academy, dan dalam drama ini, terdapat kelas khusus yaitu Q class. Q class hanya memiliki lima orang murid detektif muda. Kelima detektif ini adalah calon penerus Dan Morihiko, pemimpin DDA, seorang detektif hebat yang seringkali mengawasi murid-muridnya dari belakang. Namun hanya ada satu penerus yang akan dipilih, oleh karena itulah kelima detektif ini menganggap bahwa mereka semua adalah rival meski mereka sering diminta menginvestigasi kasus bersama-sama. Kelima detektif itu adalah...

1. Kyuu Renjou (Ryunosuke Kamiki)

Anak muda berumur 14 tahun ini adalah murid di DDA yang sangat berbakat namun naif. Kyuu tidak menganggap bahwa keempat temannya di Q Class sebagai rival, melainkan teman. Kyuu terkesan polos namun sangat cerdas dan pikirannya tajam dalam menginvestigasi kasus. Kyuu lemah dalam pertarungan dan mungkin Kyuu adalah satu-satunya murid DDA yang tidak berminat bersaing menjadi penerus Dan karena ia hanya ingin menjadi detektif yang bisa membersihkan kejahatan dengan hati nurani.

2. Megumi Minami (Mirai Shida)

Satu-satunya murid perempuan di Q Class. Cantik dan tipikal anak perempuan yang heboh banget. Megu memiliki kemampuan photography memory. Ia bisa mengingat secara detail berbagai hal. Ia hanya perlu melihat satu kali sebuah ruangan, lalu detik berikutnya ketika ia datang lagi, Megu akan bisa mengenali perubahan sekecil apapun yang ada di ruangan itu. Kemampuan ini sangat berguna dalam menginvestigasi kasus. Tapi sayangnya, kemampuan ini juga membuat Megu tak bisa melupakan kejadian horor apapun yang ia pernah lihat dan seringkali hal ini membuatnya takut.

3. Ryuu Amakusa (Ryosuke Yamada)

Cowok 14 tahun dengan paras tampan ini adalah anggota Q Class yang paling pendiam dan misterius. Ryuu yang jenius ini sangat tenang dalam menginvestigasi kasus. Ryuu bilang ia tidak tertarik menyelamatkan orang, ia hanya tertarik pada ilmu memecahkan kasus dan menangkap pelaku kriminalnya. Ryuu lebih suka bekerja sendirian ketimbang bersama Q Class. Ryuu punya ambisi rahasia, yaitu menghancurkan keluarganya sendiri yang merupakan kelompok kriminal besar.

4. Kintaro Toyama (Jun Kaname)

Anggota Q Class yang paling tua, 18 tahun. Kinta adalah detektif berbakat yang jago berkelahi. Kinta bisa mendapatkan informasi-informasi penting dari temannya hanya dengan membayar sebuah mainan dan hal ini sangat berguna dalam investigasi. Namun, Kinta seringkali tidak bisa menahan diri sehingga ia bisa membahayakan dirinya saat menjalani investigasi kasus. Meski yang paling tua, Kinta bisa akur dengan empat murid Q Class lainnya. Ia seringkali bersikap seperti kakak dan kemampuan beladirinya sering digunakannya untuk melindungi Q Class.

5. Kazuma Narusawa (Naruki Matsukawa)

Anggota Q Class yang sangat tergila-gila dengan teknologi. Kazuma juga tidak suka bekerja sama dengan Q Class dan lebih senang menggunakan alat-alat teknologinya yang super canggih untuk menginvestigasi kasus. Kazuma bisa melacak alamat, jarak, dan berbagai informasi tempat dalam waktu sangat singkat menggunakan komputernya. Kazuma juga merupakan hacker yang hebat dan pecinta games-games hebat di internet. Ia masih belum memutuskan mau fokus di games atau karir detektif.

Kelima detektif muda ini dibawa masuk ke dalam kasus yang sebenarnya. Mereka diberi tugas oleh Dan untuk menginvestigasi berbagai kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi di kota. Pelan-pelan sambil menginvestigasi kasus bersama, mereka mulai belajar untuk mengenal pribadi masing-masing dan menjadi dekat satu sama lain. Tentu saja Q Class selalu berhasil memecahkan kasus-kasus berdarah tersebut dan menemukan pelakunya, namun entah kenapa para pelaku tersebut selalu berakhir mati bunuh diri setelah mengakui perbuatannya atau beberapa di antaranya menjadi gila dan hilang ingatan. Ternyata dibalik semua kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi ini, para pelaku kriminal itu 'dikendalikan' oleh sebuah kelompok kriminal besar bernama Meiosei. Meiosei adalah kelompok kriminal besar yang memiliki kemampuan mengendalikan pikiran dan hati manusia. Mereka mengembangkan kebencian yang ada di hati orang-orang dan memanfaatkannya dengan membuat mereka membunuh. Meiosei mengatakan bahwa dengan membunuh itu, maka dendam di hati mereka akan terbalaskan dan impian mereka akan jadi nyata. Namun, para pelaku kriminal itu tak pernah menyebutkan bahwa mereka dikendalikan oleh Meiosei karena setelah perbuatan mereka diketahui oleh Q Class dan mereka akhirnya ditangkap, Meiosei selalu menghipnotis orang-orang ini untuk bunuh diri atau menjadi gila. Keahlian hipnotis Meiosei memang sangat menakutkan. Karena itulah, jejak Meiosei sangat sulit ditemukan.

SPOILERS!

Namun, apa jadinya kalau ternyata salah satu anggota Q Class ternyata adalah keturunan langsung dari pemimpin Meiosei yang bernama King Hades? Ryuu Amakusa yang tak banyak bicara ini ternyata adalah penerus resmi Meiosei. Tak seorang pun tahu mengenai rahasianya kecuali Dan dan asistennya, Shino Katagiri. Ryuu memang memutuskan untuk melawan takdirnya sebagai kriminal dan dengan kekuatannya sendiri, ia ingin menghancurkan kakeknya dan Meiosei. Ryuu merasa bertanggung jawab dengan berbagai kasus pembunuhan yang disulut oleh keluarganya. Kyuu yang menganggap Ryuu sebagai sahabatnya juga akhirnya mengetahui hal ini, namun ia tetap percaya pada Ryuu. Meiosei tentu saja tidak ingin melepaskan penerusnya yang berharga dan mereka melakukan cara apapun untuk memecah Q Class dengan Ryuu, terutama pertemanannya dengan Kyuu.

Kyuu memiliki pengaruh besar dalam diri Ryuu dan hal ini tidak disukai Meiosei. Mereka ingin membangkitkan kebencian dalam diri Kyuu terhadap Ryuu dengan memanfaatkan latar belakang Kyuu yang ternyata pernah disakiti oleh Meiosei, dan mereka ingin membangkitkan jiwa kriminal dalam diri Ryuu. Pertarungan terakhir antara DDA dan Meiosei pun sangat mempengaruhi hubungan Kyuu, Q Class, dan Ryuu Amakusa. Mengenai jalan mana yang akan mereka ambil setelah mereka tahu berbagai fakta-fakta tentang hidup mereka. Mengenai seberapa besar kepercayaan Kyuu pada Ryuu dan akankah kepercayaan itu terus bertahan bahkan meski Kyuu dihadapkan pada fakta bahwa Ryuu diduga sebagai pembunuh.

Gue selalu suka cerita detektif dan psikologi, terutama buatan Jepang. Ryosuke bagus banget aktingnya di usia semuda itu. He was too handsome there and yet he was only 14 years old!! Gue kagum dengan cara mereka memecahkan kasus dari episode 1 - 11, benar-benar membuat deg-degan. Kita diajarkan untuk mendahului teman, menghargai nyawa, bahwa dalam persahabatan itu, rasa percaya satu sama lain sangat penting. Sejujurnya, magnet drama ini untuk gue pribadi adalah karakter Ryuu Amakusa. Faktor karena dia adalah personil Hey!Say!JUMP mungkin, tapi aktingnya yang bertolak belakang dengan karakter aslinya memang keren banget. Mata dinginnya saat menghadapi Meiosei dan saat dia berperan antagonis... Soooo amazing! Bagi pecinta drama thriller atau detektif, drama ini recommended banget.

Gelar Jepang UI 2011

*This is gonna be a long post. I've warned you. 

As a 'newbie' in the community of Japan lovers, although I have fallen for their dorama since a long time ago, I decided to visit Gelar Jepang UI 2011 (An event created by the University of Indonesia. Some kind of Japanese festival which is held once every year). Thanks to Ema, Kartika, and Vina who were willing to accompany me today, although you guys are not a fan like me hehe. You're the best ❤

So, we promised to set off at 9 am because the schedule of Gelar Jepang itself is started around 9.30 am. But, because I was staying up all night long to download some Shounen Club episodes in order to watch my beloved Hey!Say!JUMP, I woke up at 10 am 👀 Ema, Tika, and Vina who are not just ordinary friends for me indeed have known about this habit of mine, so they didn't go to my house until I called them. In the end, we went to UI at 12.30 am (I know it was already late, but at least my Dad was willing to drive us to UI so we don't have to pay for the train, hehe). Well, because that was the first time for us to visit such an event, we were fascinated by so many anime characters that surrounded us, such as Naruto, Ichigo from Bleach, Kamen Rider, etc. Well, of course, they are not real anime characters. They are just ordinary people without any supernatural power who dressed like those anime characters. Hmm... how do you call it? Cosplayers?

Anyway... I was tempted to buy a lot of unimportant stuff that was sold there such as Hey!Say!JUMP Uchiwas, pins, and other interesting things. But I managed to hold myself not to buy it by thinking that that stuff will only satisfy my fangirling desire for a moment. Although I couldn't stop myself from buying those Japanese foods.  I even bought Okonomiyaki that cost 26.000 rupiah, which is very expensive for me. Well, the hardest thing that I can do is hold the temptation of foods. I was also tempted to buy a Japanese traditional toy, Kendama. If you don't know what is kendama, here is the picture. But, because the price is expensive, I decided to save it for when we were about to go home. Too bad when I was looking for that toy again, the seller said that the toy has been sold out -__-

About the event itself, I think it's quite fun. Even Ema, Tika, and Vina who are not fans of Japan said that they would love to go to such an event again next time because they thought it's kind of unique. The most unique thing about this event is the fact that we were surrounded by a lot of cosplayers indeed. There's a cosplay competition too and we watched it. From that competition, we can make some conclusions: If you want to win the cosplay competition, make sure that your costume looks really similar and very expensive to the original character anime, and you have to be good looking. Or make sure that you choose an anime character who always hides his face with masks, such as Kamen Rider or Power Ranger. Evidently, those cosplayers with these traits won the competition. Judging by their performances, I think there's nothing special about it. It looks kind of ordinary if I may say. I don't know was it because I never watched a Cosplay competition before, but overall, the performance of those cosplayers was ordinary indeed. Some of them even looked super zonk, where they were only standing at the stage while moving their mouth to follow the song. What do you call it? Lypsinc? I don't know what to say anymore...

There's an awesome performance from a group of college-student of UI. They showed us some kind of Japanese traditional dance attractively, it was pretty amusing when they asked the audience to dance with them. In the end, me, Ema, Tika, and Vina decided to take a walk again because we got bored with the dance 😆

Overall, it was fun and it's not boring because of the appearance of those cosplayers around us. The four of us took some pictures with those cosplayers too. But we were so selective in choosing cosplayers who could take pictures with us, hahaha. Here are some pictures...

It's Holiday. I have some plan.

I have finished my last college exam a week ago which is means.... The holiday is finally started. And not just a holiday. It's a looong holiday, three months to be exact. A holiday means I can wake up as late as I want. Go to sleep as late as I want, hehe. So, what shall I do to spend these long days off? I have made some plans.

- Going to the beach. I really want to go to the beach because I love the ocean. It has been forever since I visited the sea. So, no matter what, I will make time to go to the beach on this long holiday.

- Buy at least ten new Japanese doramas. I want more than ten actually but I don't want to make my wallet cry.

- Going to Dufan. It's been a while since I went to Dufan. There are so many new vehicles in Dufan that I need to ride.

- Write a novel again for my own sake. It's been like forever since I wrote my last story. I almost forget the feeling of being a writer, seriously. I'm totally failed as a writer 😒

- Watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. I hope this movie comes out in the cinema in my country!!

- Spending more and more time with my best friends. It's time to reunite with some good friends from high school.

- I want to meet up with Aroma. I don't care wherever we'll go, as long as it's with Aroma, I will always be happy. Even if it's just sitting on NF terrace to talk about many things would be fun if it's with Aroma ❤

- Download many videos of Hey!Say!JUMP. I want to learn more and more about Japanese music.

- Get a part-time job. Well, I don't know if I can make it to do all those lists above if I have a part-time job, but my parents keep telling me to get a part-time job so I can make my own money. Some of my friends have offered me an interesting part-time job which tempted me. Well, we'll see about it later~

It's Inoo-chan's birthday!! The only college-student in Hey!Say!JUMP (well, Keito will soon become a college student as well this year~). You are 21 years old now, just like Yabu-kun and Yuya. You are one of my favorite members of HSJ. I love you so much! The future architect, prince of piano, leader of J.J Express, and one of the most random guys I ever know. It's really cute when your randomness came out of the blue and makes everyone around you laugh while you stay quiet with that innocent and flat expression on your face. People thought you were the most mature person in JUMP, but when you're with Hey!Say!BEST, you don't look like a mature person at all, hahaha. That part of you is really precious. May you're blessed with more solo works such as dorama, CM, etc for upcoming years so you can shine more and more.
